Longtime Downtown Hartford Restaurant Closes Its Doors
A restaurant that has been in Downtown Hartford for nearly two decades has shut down.
HARTFORD, CT — A culinary mainstay in Downtown Hartford for more than 18 years has closed.
The final farewell for Bin 228 Wine Bar at 228 Pearl St. was posted by its owner in an emotional message on Facebook Tuesday.

Bin 228 opened its doors in April of 2003. It was known for offering fresh, small plates and more than 55 wines by the glass.
