Man, 35, Missing In Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for a missing 37-year-old Hartford man, according to a Silver Alert issued Friday afternoon.

According to the alert, sent out at 3:13 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Rayon Samuels, 37, who is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said he stands 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve brown shirt, brown pants and white sneakers, according to the alert.
