Man, 57, Found Dead In Hartford Apartment: Reports

The incident is being treated as a homicide.

HARTFORD, CT — City police continue to investigate a suspicious death prior to Memorial Day weekend that is being probed as a homicide.

According to WFSB Channel 3, the man — identified as Andrew Gunn, 57, of Hartford — was found dead late Friday morning in an apartment.

Hartford police were called to 159 Wethersfield Ave. in the city after getting a call about a body there at about 10 a.m., according to WVIT Channel 30.

The incident hasn't officially been declared a homicide, but WFSB Channel 3 reports the death was caused by a gunshot wound.
