Man, 58, Missing In Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for a 58-year-old man reported missing Tuesday ni, according to a Silver Alert late Tuesday afternoon.

According to the alert, sent out at 11:43 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Howard Francis, 58, who is described as a male with gray hair and brown eyes.

Police said he stands 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 118 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt with "Brooklyn" letters across the chest, jeans and black sneakers.
