Man Charged In 2008 Hartford Killing: PD
The arrested man was shot 10 times a few days after the murder, according to police.

HARTFORD, CT — Police arrested a wheelchair-bound man for a 2008 Hartford incident that that left a city man dead.
James Brown, 28, of East Hartford was charged with murdering Kenny Sullivan in July 2008, according to the Hartford Courant.
Brown himself was shot 10 times a few days later. The shooting left his partially paralyzed and blind in one eye.
