Man Damages Hartford PD Lobby Window With Brick
He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

HARTFORD, CT — A man walked into the front lobby of the Hartford Police Department in the early morning hours Thursday and threw a brick at the Teleserve window, severely cracking it and earning himself a trip to a holding cell.
Ryan Robbins, 38, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief in connection with the 1:05 a.m. incident.
According to a police report, Robbins stated he threw the brick because he wanted to be arrested.
