Man Killed In Hartford Apartment

HARTFORD, CT — A man was shot and killed and police are searching for a suspect in the city's eighth homicide of the year, The Hartford Courant reported. The fatal shooting occurred in an apartment on Lenox Street around 2 p.m.

Police found the victim bleeding in the threshold of the first-floor apartment. He was rushed to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center where he died an hour later, according to The Courant.
