Man Throws Brick At Police Cruiser: Hartford PD
The man said he was specifically targeting a white police officer.
HARTFORD, CT — A city man was arrested after he threw a brick through a police cruiser window and nearly struck the driving officer, according to police.
Devon Adams-Almstad threw the brick Monday night on Laurel Street, according to the Hartford Courant.
