Massive Supermarket Warehouse Under Construction In Plainville

PLAINVILLE, CT — Construction has begun on a massive supermarket warehouse that is promising to bring 200 jobs to the area, according to The Hartford Courant. The building will be a 250,000-square-foot warehouse for frozen foods that will serve Stop & Shop stores throughout New England.

The building on Northwest Drive will be 12 stories tall. It's expected to open in mid-2022, according to The Courant.
