Multi-Vehicle Crash Cleared In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — Traffic was backed up on Interstate 91 in Hartford Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle crash, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

According to the DOT, I-91 South was congested between exits 36 and 32 because of a multi-vehicle crash in that area.

As a result of the accident, the two left lanes were closed and traffic was backed up 5 miles.

The accident was first reported at 7:48 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
