Multi-Vehicle Crash Cleared On I-91 In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A serious accident in Hartford late Friday morning slowed traffic on Interstate 91, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-91 North between exits 25 and 27, resulting in the two right lanes being closed and a large, 3.8-mile traffic jam.

The crash was first reported at 11:50 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
