Police said New Britain officers located a pocket knife and approximately 193 packets of suspected fentanyl during a safety pat down of Falcon, which were turned over to troopers and seized as evidence.

Both Falcon and one adult male victim were transported to New Britain General Hospital by ambulance, with minor injuries, according to state police.

Troopers conducted an on-scene investigation and spoke with the victim and Falcon at the hospital, police said.

The victim explained to investigators he had been at the New Britain Fastrak Station with a group of people when Falcon, who was not known to the group, approached them and joined their conversation, police said.

According to the victim, Falcon’s behavior made him uncomfortable and Falcon was asked to leave multiple times, police said.

According to state police, the victim alleged Falcon became verbally aggressive, making threats and causing the victim to fear for his and the group’s safety.

Falcon then displayed a knife and allegedly charged at the victim several times before stabbing him in the back and causing minor injuries, state police said.

After receiving medical treatment, Falcon was transported to Troop H, where he was processed and charged, police said.
