Missing East Hartford Boy, 5, Found Safe: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — Local police Thursday evening report that a 5-year-old boy reported missing was found and is safe.

According to the EHPD, the child went missing from his home on Greenlawn Street near Mayberry Village at about 1:10 p.m. Thursday.

A Silver Alert was issued later in the afternoon.

In a 4:36 p.m. bulletin, the EHPD said the youngster was "located and he is safe and sound. Thanks for all the help."
