This is my own first-hand account of dealing with police corruption, perjury, and misconduct, as well as the criminal justice system, after being falsely accused, set up, and framed by the Bridgeport Police Department.

Through investigation On March 1, 2023, three years after the fact, the case was thrown out.

I stand by my words. And even more, I stand by my right to say them... I want Detective Jeffrey Holtz, of the Bridgeport Police Department, with badge number 40462, to be charged with data tampering and putting my license plate numbers where they don't belong (a wobbler charge), and the list goes on.

"How did the girl get your license plate number?" I've been asked since the beginning. My standard response has always been that she didn't. The cops did what the cops did during a bogus traffic stop on December 20th, 2019, at 11 a.m.

I was on the other side of town, miles away from her alleged school, when Bridgeport Police Department detective Jeffrey Holtz deliberately entered my license plate number incorrectly. As you’ll see throughout, it was a setup by framing. Keep in mind the dates, years, and times of these fictitious allegations. For example, I received the call a few days after the 20th of December and had no idea why. Also, that neither the police nor the court ever questioned me about this matter during those three years.

I requested that an attorney be present during questioning and was denied. The next thing I knew, in January of 2020, I found out there was a warrant out for my arrest, and to my surprise, it was for stalking in the third, so I turned myself in and went to court. When I appeared in court, the prosecution upgraded the charge to first-degree stalking and added the charge of risk of injury to a child because I had been denied that right. As you will see throughout, it was a set-up.

According to the warrant for my arrest and its fictitious and false libel statements made by Bridgeport, CT, police officer Jeffrey Holtz, badge 40462, sometime between 3:00 and 4:00 PM on November 8th, 2019, someone said "excuse me or Yo" to some girl and was ignored; if anything was said at all, who knows, I wasn't there! and witnesses that can attest to it. Why was it made into a fictional story? Your guess is as good as mine. As seen below, it must be a policy for the Bridgeport, CT, police department to arrest people for crimes they did not commit.

And then, for the next 2 1/2 years, the system used my disability against me to manipulate the facts. Out of 21 court appearances, I was only allowed to speak twice. I spent the rest of the time waiting for another continuation in the hallway. And one of those times, I had to have my attorney go back into chambers and beg that I speak.

Needless to say, I filed an appearance in my case in addition to the appearance on file by my attorney, and I was granted access to all of the state's discovery, including images, audio, written statements, physical evidence, and the ability to draft letters and motions, which is beneficial for someone with or without a disability. Furthermore, it is a Sixth Amendment right.

Then for the next six months, I spent my time proving the facts that the cops set me up and purposefully framed me.

That being said, Jeffrey Holtz can make it appear any way he wants in the bench warrant for my arrest. and its reports by twisting them, but it's not going to change the facts.

• I have evidence that Jeffrey Holtz set me up and framed me, as well as evidence that he forged and falsified documents.

• A good example of having and doing an investigation on your case and its reports, according to the Ford Mustang GT photo type of file: The JPG File (.jpg) was created and last modified on December 19, 2019. With that said, here's the link to the photo of the car that was reported to be mine. Click on the link: What do you call it when it's a set-up in comparison to what was allegedly my car?

• A generic stock photo of a mustang that was obtained by an internet search was misrepresented as being my car in lieu of evidence.

• The WAV file in R' interview on C Street was apparently modified on March 7, 2017 at 10:03 a.m. Keep in mind that the recordings themselves could be older.

• I don't match the victim's description of the suspect.

• Camile D's phone call: The MP3 file was created on January 14, 2020, at 12:01 p.m.

• I wasn't there. I supplied data and eyewitness accounts to back it up.

• Hence, you have two voiceovers over old and modified recordings, a photo of an automobile that has been altered, and that is referred to as "evidence tampering."

Take the R case as an example, disregarding the other crap. The old, altered tapes conflicting voiceovers were never consistent with the incident's alleged dates or times, along with the image of the car that is not mine and the alleged school reports. (Through the set-up by framing.) See the excerpt below from the memo written by the attorney to the judge and prosecutor.

Alleged Facts: On 12/12/19 at approximately 9:10 a.m. School Resource Officer Mendes was dispatched to Bassick High School on a report of a student having been followed home from school. The complainant, Mother, tells Officer Mendes that her 15-year-old daughter told her that she had been followed home from school just about every other day since 11/8 by a Black Mustang bearing CT Registration AT. The driver tried to get her daughter’s attention by shouting “excuse me” or “yo”.

The complainant stated that the victim’s father made a previous report #19 on 11/8/19. The report says that at approximately 3:50 p.m. School Resource Officer Rease was dispatched to 157 C St. Victim’s father claims that he saw the car on 11/8. BOLO issued (unclear as to when the interview took place, assume that it was 11/8). It appears that Sears was stopped on 12/20/19. Should a BOLO take this long?

The victim states that on 11/8, she was followed by the black Mustang while walking out of Bassick HS at dismissal time. 11/8/2019 was a Friday. Stated that the suspect vehicle stopped twice on Catherine Street and “attempted to lure her to him”. Suspect said, “come here, come here, both times”. NB Stalking requires a course of conduct which is defined as “Course of conduct” means two or more acts, including, but not limited to, acts in which a person directly, indirectly, or through a third party, by any action, method, device or means, including, but not limited to, electronic or social media, (A) follows, lies in wait for, monitors, observes, surveils, threatens, harasses, communicates about or with or sends unwanted gifts to, a person, or (B) interferes with a person’s property;” So do allegations support a course of conduct?

Database check by Det. Holtz found on Sept. 14, 2018 at approx. 11:30 witness #2 was harassed by driver of red Jeep Cherokee CT. AM . Driver yelled, “how much”? Witness #2 posts Facebook warning. Also, Wilton Police #14, on 11/28/14 advised Sears to contact Bridgeport P.D. regarding harassing prostitutes on East Side. NB: no names of any “complainants” regarding this allegation.

Audio recording on 12/21/19 by Detective Holtz. Victim clearly says that on 11/8/19(which was a Friday) says that car follows her home from school. (“pretty sure that she was followed from Bassick”). Says that suspect opened the door, not all the way and says “come here” NB In previous report driver says “excuse me” or “yo”. Description of driver white male wearing tinted glasses and had facial hair (defendant’s witnesses will testify that defendant never had facial hair at any time since they have cared for him).

Next day, 11/9 (which was a Saturday) as alleged by father in audio recording, suspect was followed by father. This occurred while kids were getting out of school, dismissal time. Sees suspect go to multiple schools and on Iranistan Ave, sees driver roll down his window near 2 young girls. Father assumes the suspect said something to the girls, but did not hear. NB. This is a Saturday a day when there is no school. On that date the defendant was accompanied by an aide between the hours of 9-6. No mention of anyone else in the car.

The defendant was accompanied by aides from 9 to at least 6 p.m. on every day that these instances are alleged to have happened, i.e., November 8, 9, and 10

I know how the system likes to twist the facts and use my disability against me to justify their justifications and lies.

Given that, is it surprising in one of Jeffrey Holtz reports, it does state “It should be noted that after an Internet search of the suspect, Sears found that he was a victim of a traumatic brain injury when he was 21 years old.” He didn't even get that right.

• However, I am not trying to promote myself; I'm just trying to make a point. It goes without saying that by doing an internet search on my name, it clearly made him aware that I’m a well-known and well-documented brain injury survivor. With that said, you have to live it to know it; having an unrecognized disability shows that Jeffrey Holtz sought to use my condition to justify his perjury and blame it on me. For example, the court tried for three years to blame the police perjury on my disability by utilizing the 5456 programs; however, I would never accept a plea deal or agreement for something I had nothing to do with. After saying that,

Let's talk about the alleged event and how Jeffrey Holtz fabricated facts and testimony about a purported young lady as its put and her alleged witnesses, her purported mother and father, in order to frame me and falsely accuse me of a crime that I did not commit.

According to the warrant for my arrest and the paperwork that was given to me through the court, in 2019, the home address for IR, IR, and TL is C St., Bridgeport, CT. It doesn't add up.

You have the alleged husband and wife and the "young lady," as it's put, who live at 157 C Street in Bridgeport, CT, and upon investigation, it was shown that I R is a drug dealer with a lengthy criminal record whose current address is H Avenue, Unit 2, in Bridgeport, CT, 06604, and that he has lived there since July 2006.

And T L lives at her current home address: V St., Bridgeport, CT 06610. As for the young l R, no information was found at the address, age, or school. But it was said on November 8th, 2019. " The Bridgeport teen said the man had tried to get her attention by yelling "excuse me" and "Yo" out the car window, but she had ignored him and run home and told her father; what followed was some alleged hearsay fictitious school stories being told on November 9th and 10th, 2019. I wasn't there. My witnesses can attest to it.

Let’s not forget to look at the allegation that the "young lady" described the suspect as having facial hair, whereas I didn't have any, and I have pictures and documentation to prove that. I am well documented in the state for my advocacy work. My witnesses can attest to it.

It goes without saying that Bassick High School is 1 1/2 miles away from C St. and is not her school district for that address; her school district is Central High School in Bridgeport, which is 1/8 of a mile away from C St.

Given that, it must be a common routine or policy for the Bridgeport Police to frame innocent people for crimes they did not commit and then cover it up. Look at the facts: for the past few years, the Bridgeport Police Department has been under scrutiny for corruption within the department.

For example, February 15, 2023. A prominent member of the Bridgeport community is sharing his story after police say he was wrongfully charged with burglary and other crimes. As mentioned above in "cover up," the police are basically saying that it's okay for cops to falsely accuse people until they're caught, at which point they can invent an explanation, and everything will be OK. What about those who don't have an advocate?

Take, for instance, what the Bridgeport, CT, police department did to me. Although I'm relieved that my case was a nolle, it doesn't change the reality that this police defamation has negatively impacted my reputation, my ability to receive disability care assistance, and my capacity to work again. My witnesses can attest to it.

Update: According to court documents, the charges against me were dismissed.

Bridgeport Police Department Detective Jeffrey Holtz, badge number 40462, manufactured false evidence with the intent to perjure. He used information from an internet search and a bogus traffic stop to identify a stock photo of a car that wasn't mine as being my vehicle. Instead, this fabricated evidence included voice-over recordings from previous case interviews that had nothing to do with me or forgeries. The falsification of the evidence prevented either a victim or a witness from being present.

Begging the question How often have the same insults been directed at others, and how often has Jeffrey Holtz accused the weak and disabled of wrongfully using the same witnesses?" Penal Code 118.1 makes it illegal for police officers to file a false report. Not to mention false arrest and all of the other civil rights violations.

PC 118.1 says: “Every peace officer that files any report with the agency which employs them regarding the commission of any crime or any investigation if they knowingly and intentionally make any statement regarding any material matter in the report which the officer knows to be false, whether or not the statement is certified or expressly reported as true, is guilty of filing a false report punishable by imprisonment in county jail for up to one, two or three years.”

I would suggest anyone out there who has a criminal or civil case involving the Bridgeport Police Department, and especially Jeffrey Holtz, badge # 40462, is involved in your case, hire a competent and private attorney to look into your case.

If you or your loved one has already been convicted and these officers are involved in the case, I would file an appeal and have it reopened. And I strongly urge the Bridgeport CT Police Department's internal affairs department and the Bridgeport Superior Court, located at 172 Golden Hill Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to investigate. GA 2 to research each of Jeffrey Holtz's cases to see how many innocent and disabled individuals he has imprisoned or hospitalized over the years and to take the required legal actions to fix it and make that difference in somebody else's life and the lives of their families. Personally, I’d like to see detective Jeffrey Holtz get prison time for what he did to me.
