Popular Hartford Restaurant Location Temporarily Closed

HARTFORD, CT — Banh Meee is closing its 399 Capitol Ave. location until further notice, The Hartford Courant reported. The Vietnamese restaurant has two Hartford locations.

The restaurant's owner told the Courant that business was down about 80 percent at the location, as lunchtime traffic is down due to city and state employees working from home.

The majority of the restaurant's staff will be shifted to its location at 126 Ucceello St. The Capitol Avenue location could be reopened in the winter.
