Roads Closed Due To Underground Fire: Hartford PD
Multiple city streets are closed due to the blaze, with motorists and pedestrians asked to find alternate routes.
HARTFORD, CT — An underground fire in the city has the Hartford Police Department and Hartford Fire Department scrambling to deal with both the blaze and traffic impacts.
According to the HPD, Farmington Avenue between Forest Street and Sigourney Street is closed.
In addition, Laurel Street between Niles Street and Hawthorn Street is also closed, according to police.

The department is asking that motorists and pedestrians seek alternate routes in that area.
