Route 2 Crash In East Hartford Cleared: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT —A two-vehicle crash on Route 2 in East Hartford caused some traffic headaches for Wednesday afternoon motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has now been cleared.

The DOT reports the accident happened on Route 2 West between exits 3 and 2E, with lane closures expected.

The crash was first reported at 3:30 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
