Route 2 Exit Closed Due To Road Work: DOT

EAST HARTFORD, CT — An exit off Route 2 in East Hartford is and will be closed for much of the day Thursday due to road work, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The DOT said Route 2 East's Exit 3 offramp is closed as of 9:10 a.m.

DOT officials estimate the work will take no more than eight hours to finish before the offramp reopens.
