Teenager Charged With Vandalizing Hartford Police Cars
A teenager was arrested on accusations that he spray painted cars in the Public Safety Complex parking lot.
HARTFORD, CT — Police have arrested a 17-year-old for spray painting several Hartford police cars, according to NBC CT. The incident occurred at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, when officers found several cars at the Public Safety Complex had been covered with black spray paint.
An officer then spotted a teenager spray painting an I-84 overpass at High Street. The teenager was arrested on I-84 by exit 50, according to NBC CT.
He has been charged with 15 counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, and interfering with police.
