Train Derails In Hartford Late Monday Night: Reports

Three railroad cars came off the tracks in Connecticut's capital city.

HARTFORD, CT — Authorities are investigating a train derailment in the city involving three cars and damaged tracks late Monday night.

WFSB Channel 3 reports the incident happened on tracks near Weston Street in Hartford at about 11:23 p.m.

Reportedly, three "cylinder" style train cars derailed, according to WFSB.

WVIT Channel 30 said there were no injuries and the train cars were not damaged, with city fire and state railroad authorities investigating.
