Trinity Health Of New England Announces Appreciation Award

In recognition of the extraordinary service they have provided to our local communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Trinity Health Of New England is pleased to announce that eligible colleagues within the health care organization will receive a $600 appreciation award in November. The appreciation award will go to all eligible colleagues, including employed Medical Group providers.

"We are so grateful to our colleagues for coming together during this extraordinary time to provide compassionate care in support of our Mission. Our colleagues make Trinity Health Of New England special, and because of their efforts, our future is bright and strong," said Reggy Eadie, M.D., M.B.A., President & CEO of Trinity Health Of New England. "The last seven months have been difficult, forcing us to make tough but necessary decisions that impacted some of our colleagues across the region. Despite these challenging times, our colleagues have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to our ministry, our patients, and each other."

At the same time, despite the challenges this year have presented, Trinity Health Of New England is pleased to share it will also move forward with the annual pay program for eligible colleagues this year. Generally, the program will provide a 2% pay increase for eligible non-management colleagues, as well as supervisor and manager level colleagues. The pay increase takes effect October 25. In addition, there will not be any cost increases in the colleague health insurance plan for calendar year 2021.

The Trinity Health Of New England pay program is part of an overall “Total Rewards” program that, in addition to base pay, includes very competitive retirement, health insurance, paid time off, disability, and other valuable benefits programs. "We will continue to strive to maintain a competitive and equitable total rewards program so that we can continue to attract and retain top talent throughout the region," said Dr. Eadie.
