Trinity Health Rolls Out Phase 1b Of Vaccine Distribution
Trinity Health Of New England has begun scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Connecticut residents 75 years and older.
HARTFORD, CT — Trinity Health Of New England has begun scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Connecticut residents 75 years and older, eligible within the Phase 1b guidelines.
The next phase of Connecticut's coronavirus vaccine rollout commenced Monday, and residents 75 and older can now register online for their vaccine. Once registered, participants in the Vaccine Administration Management System will be emailed guidance for the appointment process for receiving the vaccine.
Trinity Health Of New England is offering those eligible several options for an appointment. An appointment is mandatory, as Trinity's clinics are not able to take walk-ins.

Patients may schedule their own appointment using a valid email address via the CDC’s Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) online Enrollment Portal, through their primary care provider, or eventually through MyCare.

Trinity is working closely with the Department of Public Health, which is managing vaccine distribution to ensure there are an adequate number of doses for all eligible people. In addition, Trinity Health Of New England is working to provide several more vaccination stations at strategic locations.
