Jackknifed TT Cleared On I-91 In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A snowy Tuesday claimed another tractor-trailer as one jackknifed on Interstate 91 in Hartford, causing a traffic mess on a messy day.

But the accident, after a few hours, has been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the truck accident happened on I-91 North between exits 29 and 29A.

As a result, the right and center lanes of the highway were closed and, eventually, the whole northbound side of I-91 was closed, the DOT reported.

The accident was first reported at 11:10 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's accident report list.
