She was arraigned Monday on a charge of hindering prosecution.

HARTFORD, CT — A woman accused of assisting her boyfriend following a double murder in May was charged last week with second-degree hindering prosecution, the Hartford Courant reported.
Kailei Opalacz, 20, of Glastonbury, was held on $450,000 bond, which was reduced to $75,000 at her arraignment Monday in Hartford Superior Court.
Opalacz is charged with driving her boyfriend, Joseph Silva, from the scene of a double murder in Hartford on May 16. She was previously charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle the day following the murders, judicial records show.
