3 Ledyard Crashes in 20 Minutes Equals 2 Roads Closed
After three crashes in a short span of time, two roads are closed.

Three crashes occurred within 20 minutes of each other Wednesday morning and are expected to stay that way for a while, The Day reported.
The first accident was reported around 10 a.m. when a car hit a pole near Fanning Road, which snapped it and brought down wires, according to The Day. A car lost control on Shewville Road about three minutes after that and rolled into the woods.
Another vehicle echoed the first incident about 20 minutes later, bringing a pole down and snapping the wires, though in all three incidents the parties refused medical treatment The Day reported. As police wait for an Eversource crew to replace the pole, Fanning Road is closed between Coachman Pike and North Wind Circle, as well as Sandy Hollow Road.
