$65 Million Ledyard School Renovations Set to Begin Soon
Officials said bids have come in lower than the cost estimate, and construction is on schedule to begin soon.
LEDYARD, CT - The construction phase for two Ledyard school renovation projects is set to begin soon, the New London Day reported.
The committee in charge of managing the town’s $65 million school renovation project has started verifying the bid packages for both schools after receiving them in March, according to the New London Day. Both Ledyard Middle School and Gallup Hill School are set for renovations.
Officials said the bids have come in lower than the cost estimate, the New London Day reported. Construction is also on schedule to begin soon, with groundbreakings set for April 21 and 26 at LMS and Gallup respectively.
