• Ledyard Wetlands Commission Approves 14-Lot Kineo Estates Resubdivision (patch.com) — Ledyard residents will see several new projects moving forward after the town's Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Commission unanimously approved a 14-lot Kineo Estates resubdivision with a new town road and three other development applications. The commission also cleared a Shewville Road and Iron Street farm expansion as an "as of right" use, while attaching erosion controls and inspections to each approved project to protect local wetlands.
