With the storm coming on I had to make a decision: 2- 8-week-old puppies at our shelter safe ... or in foster homes where they are safe and with people 24/7. We will miss their happy, wiggly selves but thanking the families that opened their hearts to them and the fact they will not sleep much when the puppies are with them!
