Last night Officer Ann Wuestner and her dream team of animal supporters were at the Ledyard Animal Control to help a pregnant dog deliver her 11 puppies. Normally a dog does all the birthing with out help but she is only 9 months old and she had 11 puppies showing in her xray.
We are so blessed to have Officer Wuestner as our newest ACO here in Ledyard. She treats these pound pets as her own.
