What an incredible past five days we have had here at the kennel. Rocky (10-month-old male pit was neutered and adopted on the same day!) that was Thursday. Friday a wonderful, patient family came to meet Brica (the southern dog surrendered here lab/husky mix 1-yr spayed). The very first hour she was taking treats from their hands! It will be a process for her to learn to fully trust them but they LOVE her and do not mind the wait. Chanel (the 9-week-old pitbull female) was adopted to a family with a built in big sister, a boxer named Hurley!
Then on Sunday after helping a senior Golden find her family, Officer Wuestner adopted out Sammy, our little southern neutered male mix to them! AWESOME FAMILY! Picture posted of Sammy and his new sisters. And LuLu the Beagle/Bulldog mix was adopted out on Thursday! We will miss your energy LuLu!
I think we set a local record for most dogs adopted out to their forever families in actually four days! If not, we should have.

So now we only have two Yorky mixes, female, 7 months old, that need homes. Would be great to place them together.
