You know what killed Rick Fox? That ginormous bright green jacket. I mean Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka could not have pulled off that look, let alone pro basketball's version of Lurch. Last week's 96 hours of DWTS was excrutiating, all that padding to celebrate the 200th episode. I felt like we were watching 200 episodes.

The Matt Lauer sits down with former President George W. Bush and "discusses his upcoming book and defining decisions he has made in his personal and political lives." I'm hoping The Matt Lauer is as hard on W as he was on Dina Lohan.
Mike & Molly, 9:30 p.m., CBS
I was watching this with my kids until last week. In that episode there were about 17 bikini waxing jokes and I just could not start explaining what all of that meant. So, the kids are out.
