Mohegan Sun Dealer, Patron, Supervisor Collaborate to Steal at Least $29,000: Report
A heist movie plot line comes to life at Mohegan Sun.

MOHEGAN, CT- A Mohegan Sun patron, dealer and floor supervisor have been charged for their suspected roles in a scheme that cost the casino thousand of dollars, The Day reported.
The group’s alleged scheme cost the casino at least $29,250 in May alone, according to The Day. Police began looking into the suspected larcenies on May 21 at the urging of the surveillance team.
The suspects, Joseph Marotta, Christian Elwood, and Jeremy Paul Howard, used a number of techniques to extract money from the casino, then divided up the shares, according to The Day. They were arrested and given court dates.
