Off-Duty Officer Punched Elderly Foxwoods Employee in the Face: Police
Police said an elderly Foxwoods employee who spoke little English was punched in the face by an off-duty police officer.

LEDYARD, CT - Police said an elderly Foxwoods employee who spoke little English got punched in the face by an off-duty police officer, the New London Day reported. The incident allegedly occurred on April 1 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Rhode Island police officer Michael Tousignant, 36, is charged with punching a bathroom attendant at Cedars Steak House, according to the New London Day. Police said the suspect had been washing his hands prior to the incident and had yelled about the water being too cold. (To sign up for Ledyard breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Pawtucket police officials said Tousignant has been placed on administrative duty, the New London Day reported. He is due to reappear in court May 31.
