The Gales Ferry Real Estate Market Report is a monthly statement of the median sales price for homes, the number of sales, the average price per square foot for homes, the number of homes for sale, and the average listing price of Gales Ferry homes for sale.


According to Trulia.com, the median sales price for homes in GalesFerry from Oct 13 to Jan 14 was $212,500 based on 14 sales. 



Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price increased 9%, or $17,500, and the number of sales decreased 6.7%. 
Average price per square foot for homes in 06335 was $144, an increase of 1.4% compared to the same period last year. 

There are currently 67 resale and new homes in Gales Ferry on Trulia, including 3 open houses, as well as 13 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. 
The average listing price for homes for sale in Gales Ferry was $220,775 for the week ending Jan 08, which represents an increase of 2.5%, or $5,351, compared to the prior week.
