Connecticut Commemorates The Civil War - Commemoration Kickoff Weekend

Central Connecticut State University is hosting a weekend of events focusing on Connecticut's involvement and connections to the Civil War.

Saturday

• Opening Ceremony - 10 a.m.
• Exhibits open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Encampment, Military and Civilian Demonstrations - 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Assorted Talks - 12 to 2 p.m.
• Battle Reenactment - 2:30 p.m.

Sunday 

• Worship Service - 9 a.m.
• Vintage Baseball Game - 10 to 11:30 a.m.
• Encampment, Military and Civilian Demonstrations - 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Exhibits open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Battle Reenactment - 1 to 2:30 p.m.
• Assorted Talks - 2 to 4 p.m.
