LEDYARD, CT - The first public hearing has been set in the revision process for the Ledyard charter, the New London Day reported.
The first hearing has been set for Wednesday, March 29, according to the New London Day. The hearing is mandated by state statute before any work can be done on the charter.
The hearing is meant to be a chance for residents to voice their concerns with the charter to the commission, the New London Day reported. Commission members have a year to complete the process.
