Foxwoods Announces Architectural Firm for New Casino
The firm has been devoted to hospitality and gaming industry projects since 1992.
LEDYARD, CT - A prominent architectural firm was announced Wednesday to spearhead the new Foxwoods Resort Casino in Biloxi, Miss., The Day reported.
The Friedmutter Group will design and engineer the new $265 million project, according to The Day. Partners for the project include the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, The Hartmann Group and Louisiana businessman Chris Ferrara.
Friedmutter is known for reflecting the history of a casino’s surrounding area in their designs, according to The Day. The firm has been devoted to hospitality and gaming industry projects since 1992.
