Foxwoods To Offer Easter Dining Specials

MASHANTUCKET, CT – Foxwoods Resort Casino is serving up Easter Sunday brunch and dinner for guests celebrating the holiday this spring. Foxwoods will offer a lavish assortment that is sure to delight guests of all ages and appetites, according to a release.

Foxwoods’ premier dining experience is offering an Easter feast on the 24th floor of the Grand Pequot Tower with panoramic views of the Connecticut countryside. Guests can enjoy mimosas and relax to the sounds of jazz pianist, Jack Madry. A traditional Easter spread will be prepared, including a Brunch Cob Salad with Eggs, Avocado, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Shrimp and Bacon and an Apricot Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Loin, served with Brussels Sprouts and Potato Puree.

David Burke Prime
Delight in the fine dining of Foxwoods’ New York Style steakhouse for brunch and dinner this Easter Sunday. Choose between Steak and Eggs, Crab Cake Benedict, Lobster Omelet, Stuffed French Toast, Prime Rib Hash and more. Finish with confetti donuts with white chocolate glaze that even the Easter Bunny will approve of. For those dining Easter Sunday evening, only the best will be served at David Burke Prime. Follow with your choice of Baked Stuffed Sole with Cedars’ own Lump Crab Seafood Stuffing, or Filet Mignon Au Poivre served with a Cajun Sea Scallop Skewer, Parmesan and Fresh Chive Risotto and Grilled Asparagus.
