Foxwoods Resort Casino Announces Winning Couple of Dream Wedding Giveaway
In partnership with NBC Connecticut, Foxwoods will host a Connecticut couple's "I Do's" in style.
MASHANTUCKET, CT – Foxwoods® Resort Casino announced Friday the winning couple of the Dream Wedding Giveaway.
Shannon and Michael of Colchester will become newlyweds in an all-expenses-paid matrimonial celebration courtesy of Foxwoods and NBC Connecticut. The contest was held as part of Foxwoods’ 25th Anniversary celebrations, which continue all year-long with surprises and extravagant guest experiences.
The winners were publicly revealed Friday at the resort’s official 25th Anniversary celebration kickoff event.

Shannon and Michael will have the full, deluxe wedding experience alongside 150 of their closest family and friends, with every detail covered – wedding attire, VIP access bachelor/ette parties, a custom wedding cake, three-course dinner by the resort’s top chefs and much more.
The future newlyweds will also experience Foxwoods’ award-winning hotels and spa facilities as part of this one-of-a-kind experience, valued at over $40,000.

To enter, eligible participants uploaded a video essay stating why they believe they should win their own dream wedding at Foxwoods. Over 2,500 couples from all over the region took their chance at winning the ultimate wedding giveaway.
