• Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 12.9%, or $28,000, and the number of sales decreased 17.6%. 
• Average price per square foot for homes in Gales Ferry was $113, a decrease of 13.1% compared to the same period last year.
• There are currently 71 resale and new homes in Gales Ferry, including 2 open houses, as well as 10 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process.
