Ledyard Man Arrested After Threatening Wife in Front of Children: Police
Police said he was not supposed to be at the house due to a restraining order.
LEDYARD, CT - Ledyard police said they arrested a man this week after he fought with his spouse, News 8 reported.
Officers arrested Robert Derda, 58, at his home Monday on Highview Terrace, according to News 8. Police said he was not supposed to be at the house due to a restraining order.
Derda allegedly verbally threatened his wife in front of their young children, continuing to do so upon the arrival of police, News 8 reported. The suspect was subsequently arrested and held on bond.
