Ledyard Police Welcome New Officers

Meet Noah Concascia and Kyle Dugas, the Ledyard Police Department's two new officers.

LEDYARD, CT—The Ledyard Police Department welcomed two new officers, Noah Concascia and Kyle Dugas, who were sworn in Thursday June 19. They will report to the Connecticut Police Academy for basic training on July 5.

Concascia is a graduate of Waterford High School and New England Institute of Technology and was an outstanding athlete and team captain in football and wrestling at WHS.

Dugas is a graduate of Plainfield High School and has served for 12 years in the United States Marine Corps and is a veteran of three overseas deployments.
