Ledyard Prescription Drug Take Back Day Coming Up

LEDYARD, CT — Prescription Drug Take Back Day is coming up later this month. The event will be Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ledyard Police Department at 737 Colonel Ledyard Highway.

Bring any unused prescription or over-the-counter medications and they will be discarded for you. Police said this is the safe way to dispose of unused prescription drugs.

All containers must have original labels. No illegal drugs, sharps, liquids, or paraphernalia will be accepted.
