Ledyard Schools Moving To Single Pickup Hub For Students Out Of District

The Ledyard school district will be moving to a single pickup hub for students attending school out of district.

LEDYARD, CT - The Ledyard school district will be moving to a single pickup hub for students attending school out of district, the New London Day reported. The district cites budgetary constraints as the reason for the move.

Officials said the hub will be located at the Gales Ferry School on Route 12, according to the New London Day. Most students will be dropped off at this location in the afternoon, although some will be dropped off at Ledyard Middle School depending on which school they attend.
