Ledyard Senior Center Offers Magna-Sight for Visually Impaired Guests

We have a great new service for the visually impaired seniors in the community. A Magna-Sight allows people that have a difficult time reading standard print, by enlarging the print and displaying it on a large screen.

It’s really easy to use, kind of like an old micro-fiche machine. Feel free to stop by and read the paper, a magazine, a book from our library or bring your own material.

The Ledyard Senior Center is located at 12 Van Tassell Drive, Gales Ferry, and can be reached at 860-464-0471.
