Ledyard's Property Revaluation Beginning This Week

The below information was provided by the Ledyard News Facebook page.

Post from Ledyard News:

Town-Wide Property Revaluation — Connecticut State Statute requires a physical inspection of all properties every ten years. If the Assessor has completed an inspection of your home in the last 9 years access to the interior of your home during the current revaluation may not be required.

Access to the interior of your home may be required if significant improvements have been made or if there is a conflict between the assessor’s records and the observed condition of the home. For example, the presence of undocumented additions, outbuildings, finished spaces, etc.
