Little Mouse Rescued by Ledyard Animal Control

Little Freddy was found not moving, cold ,and wet today by a wonderful person. She was only going to move his little body to the grass so cars wouldn’t drive over him.

When she picked him up he stirred a bit. She kept him safe and warm until I could pick him up... I know nothing about this sort of rescue so contacted Tiffany who works at Petco and she sent me great advice and articles. If he makes it through the night we may have a successful tiny rescue.

Ledyard Animal Control Update:

He made it through night and is super wiggly now he’s warm and getting a touch of hydration... my husband john Marshall took the 3:30 am feeding and massage time. Gave me a little break.
