Police said a man was arrested after he refused to stop flying a drone over a youth football game in Ledyard.
LEDYARD, CT - Police said a man was arrested after he refused to stop flying a drone over a youth football game in Ledyard, as reported by News 8. The suspect was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer, police said.
Police said officers were called to the field after youth football officials asked Daquawn Knight, 31, to stop flying the drone and he refused, according to News 8. The game was stopped due to the drone flying overhead, police said.
Police said the suspect was arrested after he eventually landed the drone safely, according to News 8.
