Man Dangles from Fifth Floor of Foxwoods Parking Garage After Police Pursuit
A man hung from a ledge on the fifth floor of a parking garage after being pursued by police.
LEDYARD, CT - After fleeing from police Saturday, a man was found hanging from the fifth floor of a casino parking garage, The Day reported.
Police said Ifedigbo Obiakaor, 29, was charged with allegedly passing a counterfeit bill at Foxwoods Resort Casino, according to The Day. Police then pursued the suspect to the fifth floor the Fox Tower parking garage.
Obiakaor then jumped over a wall and grabbed onto a ledge with his arms, where he hung for between 10 and 15 minutes, The Day reported. Police were able to convince him to pull himself up, after which he was taken to the hospital for evaluation and later arrested.
