The killing happened almost 12 years ago.

LEDYARD, CT — A man pleaded guilty to killing a man over $100 12 years ago. Christopher Vincenti, 33, took a plea deal that calls for 20 years in prison.

He admitted to killing Anthony Hamlin, according to the Day. Co-defendant Timothy Johnson is expected to take a similar deal.

Hamlin met the two on a sidewalk and the three decided to go to a strip club in Groton, but got lost on the way, according to court documents. They stopped in Ledyard and Johnson decided to rob Hamlin for drug money.
